Member Meeting Information

Special Meeting of Members of the Columbian Cemetery Association (CCA) will be held on June 24, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at:

Kenton Historic Firehouse, 8105 North Brandon, Portland, Oregon.

The Families of Historic Columbian Cemetery (FOHCC) encourage the all CCA members (individuals with ancestors/relatives buried at the Columbian Cemetery) to attend the Special Meeting. FOHCC backs an Affirmative (For) Vote on all 4 measures under consideration.

How To Vote

You may vote in person at the Special Member Meeting on June 24, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kenton Historic Firehouse, 8105 North Brandon, Portland, Oregon.

If you cannot attend the Member Meeting in person, you may vote by Proxy.

Proxy Voting

To vote by proxy you may:

1. Print the PDF Proxy Form, fill out the form, appoint a person to be your Proxy, and have the Proxy deliver your Proxy Vote to the Member Meeting.

You may also print this form, fill it out, choose Patricia Hanning as proxy, sign/date it, and mail it to:

****Mailed proxies must be postmarked early enough to be RECEIVED by Patricia NO LATER than June 23rd in order for her to have your proxy in hand for the Friday morning meeting. (I would suggest mailing no later than June 17th, in order to allow enough time for your proxy to reach Patricia before June 23rd)

2. Send your Electronic Proxy Vote by email to Patricia Hanning. Edit the Text file below, attach it to an email to Patricia, and she will deliver your form to the Member Meeting. Instructions for filing your electronic Proxy Vote are included in the Text file below:
